Role Description The Head of Business Finance – B2B is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for leading financial planning, analysis, and reporting for TrueFan AI’s enterprise (B2B) business. This role oversees budgeting and forecasting for B2B revenue streams, monitors financial performance against targets, and provides data-driven insights to support strategic decisions on pricing, growth investments, and profitability. The person in this role will partner closely with sales, marketing, product,



and operations teams to evaluate business cases, optimize customer economics, and ensure accurate and timely financial statements and management reports.

Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and improving financial dashboards, tracking KPIs, managing monthly and quarterly closes for the B2B segment, and preparing presentations for leadership and investors. The Head of Business Finance – B2B will also be expected to strengthen internal controls, enhance financial processes, and contribute to long-term financial strategy in a rapidly scaling AI technology environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Finance expertise, including deep understanding of corporate finance principles and B2B business models, collection, OTC etc.
- Candidates should possess experience in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, with the ability to interpret, prepare, and present accurate financial information.
- Candidates should possess solid Budgeting skills, including planning, forecasting, and monitoring budgets for multiple business units or product lines.
- Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills, with proficiency in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CA, CFA, MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional certifications are preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior finance role within B2B or enterprise SaaS/technology companies.
