We're hiring: Head of BIM Practice & Solutions
? [Remote] | Full time | 10 to 15 years
SuperDNA 3D Lab delivers BIM and digital twin services to construction and infrastructure clients in the US and Europe. We work across Bentley and Autodesk, and we're now building a dedicated BIM practice. We're looking for an experienced BIM leader to shape it with us.
What you will do:
- Shape our BIM service offerings and how we take them to market
- Understand client challenges and design the right BIM solution for them
- Lead technical scoping, BIM Execution Plans, and solution proposals
- Set the direction on standards, workflows, and tools
- Guide the team on complex projects and client discussions
- Help build our 4D sequencing capability (SYNCHRO)
What you bring:
- 10 to 15 years in BIM, including senior or leadership roles
- Experience working directly with international clients
- Strong grounding in ISO 19650, BEPs, and BIM workflows
- Comfort in both technical depth and client conversations
- A track record of building or shaping a BIM service, process, or team
SYNCHRO, Bentley tools, or digital twin experience is a plus. Why join: you'll shape a practice from the ground up, work with international clients.
