Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a highly accomplished and strategic Head Services (MEP) with over 25 years of experience in the real estate and construction industry. The ideal candidate will lead the planning, design, execution, commissioning, and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems across residential, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, and institutional developments.

- B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory).
- Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Business Administration is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the MEP function across multiple real estate projects from concept design through commissioning and project handover.
- Develop MEP strategies, technical standards, design guidelines,



and best practices aligned with organizational objectives.
- Review and approve MEP designs, calculations, specifications, drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, National Building Code (NBC), electrical safety regulations, fire and life safety requirements, and statutory approvals.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, project teams, consultants, contractors, and authorities to achieve seamless project execution.
- Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and performance verification of all MEP systems.
