Palette Hire is partnering with India's biggest homegrown snekaer brand that’s entering its next phase of scale. The brand already has solid consumer love and a distinctive point of view. Now they're looking for a Head of Brand to make it culturally unavoidable.

You’ll own the marketing vision across brand, digital, social, content, creators, retail and performance — while building the engine that takes the brand to its next level.

What you will do?

- Own the overall marketing strategy and vision as the brand scales.
- Build an integrated marketing engine across brand, digital, social, content, creators, retail and performance.
- Turn consumer insights, culture and product into campaigns people actually care about.
- Build a high-velocity content and creator ecosystem that compounds over time.
- Work closely with creative, product, growth and retail to build one cohesive brand experience.
- Own the numbers across acquisition, retention, revenue and marketing efficiency — while continuing to build long-term brand equity.





Who you are -

- 8–12 years of experience, with recent experience leading marketing for a high-growth consumer / D2C brand.
- Experience building or scaling brands across fashion, lifestyle, retail, footwear or adjacent consumer categories.
- Equally comfortable talking about brand love and business metrics.
- Strong cultural instinct and a point of view on how modern consumer brands should be built.
- Someone who brings disruptive ideas, but knows how to turn them into a real business.
- Comfortable operating across both strategy and execution, with the ability to build from scratch.

Good to have -

- Experience taking a young consumer brand through a significant scale-up phase.
- Experience building brand systems, creator ecosystems or content engines from the ground up.
- A strong understanding of how product, culture, community and brand come together.
