Own the Government Liaison, Statutory Approvals & Legal Coordination mandate across the organization’s real estate portfolio.
- Drive critical project approvals, land matters, regulatory compliance & legal risk mitigation at the highest level.
- Build and leverage strategic relationships with Government Authorities, Regulatory Bodies & Key Stakeholders across Tamil Nadu.
- Provide leadership on land documentation, title matters, statutory clearances & complex regulatory issues.
- Partner with Top Management and Business Leadership to enable projects, resolve bottlenecks and protect business interests.
- 15–25+ years of proven leadership experience in Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure preferred.
- Solid Chennai & Tamil Nadu regulatory network, executive presence, negotiation capability and stakeholder management skills essential.
