About the opportunity

Pasondia Cables Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its international business and strengthening its financial, accounting and compliance systems across India and overseas operations. We are looking for a senior finance and accounting leader to take end-to-end ownership of Pasondia’s international business accounts, overseas subsidiaries, financial controls, cross-border compliance and global trade-related processes.

This is not an export-documentation-only position. The selected professional will oversee international accounts, overseas subsidiaries, cross-border transactions, foreign-exchange compliance, trade schemes and coordination with Indian and overseas CAs and advisors.

Key responsibilities

- Manage complete accounts and accounting records for Pasondia’s international business.
- Oversee customer, supplier, bank, receivable, payable, expense, shipment and project-related accounting.
- Manage reporting and financial controls for overseas subsidiary offices and international operations.
- Coordinate, review and control the work of overseas CAs, accountants, consultants and finance service providers.
- Establish monthly closing, consolidation, inter-company reconciliation and foreign-currency accounting systems.
- Handle FEMA, RBI, authorised-dealer bank, foreign remittance, overseas investment and cross-border compliance matters.
- Lead transfer-pricing documentation, inter-company pricing support and related-party controls.
- Manage financial coordination for international collaborations, subsidiaries, partnerships, distributors, agents and representative offices.
- Oversee export finance, LCs, collections, banking documentation, remittances,



receivables and foreign-currency exposure.
- Supervise Advance Authorisation/Advance Licence, DFIA, export incentives and related utilisation, reconciliation and closure.
- Coordinate with DGFT, Customs, ICEGATE, banks, CAs, tax advisors, CHA/freight partners and government agencies.
- Maintain audit-ready records and coordinate statutory, tax, transfer-pricing, banking and international business reviews.
- Develop dashboards for international accounts, receivables, compliance deadlines, subsidiaries and trade-scheme utilisation.

Candidate profile

- Chartered Accountant is strongly preferred.
- CA Inter, CMA, M.Com. or an equivalent qualification may be considered with substantial relevant experience.
- 12–18 years of experience in international finance, group accounting, overseas subsidiaries or cross-border business controls.
- Hands-on knowledge of FEMA, RBI/AD-bank processes, transfer pricing, foreign remittances and foreign-exchange accounting.
- Experience managing or supervising Advance Authorisation, DFIA, DGFT, Customs and export-incentive processes.
- Robust Excel and ERP capabilities with excellent accounting and documentation discipline.
- Ability to coordinate Indian and overseas CAs, banks, consultants and internal departments.
- High integrity, confidentiality, ownership and attention to detail.
- Able to work full-time on-site at our Duhai Industrial Area facility in Ghaziabad; relocation support available if required.
