About the prospect

Pasondia Cables Pvt. Ltd. is a growing, manufacturer and exporter of cables and conductors, based on a 10-acre campus in Ghaziabad (Delhi NCR), exporting to 30+ countries. We are building a dedicated corporate HR function and looking for someone to lead it from the ground up - not administer a function that already exists, but design and build one.

This role complements our existing plant HR/labour-relations function and focuses on corporate, managerial and international HR.

Key responsibilities

- Build corporate HR from the ground up: organisation charts, job descriptions, KRAs/KPIs, reporting lines, onboarding, probation, promotion and exit processes.
- Design and implement performance-appraisal, feedback and employee-development systems.
- Build the company's HR policy handbook and statutory-compliance framework for a manufacturing organisation (labour law, POSH, and related statutory requirements).
- Create an annual training calendar (induction, managerial skills, ISO awareness, workplace conduct, leadership).
- Manage international recruitment and coordinate onboarding, contracts, payroll inputs and performance reviews for overseas employees and representatives, with Finance and overseas advisors.




- Implement HRMS, digital employee records and management dashboards.
- Support manpower and succession planning as the company scales.

Candidate profile

- 10-15 years of corporate/white-collar HR experience, with a track record of having built an HR function from scratch - ideally in a growing or promoter-led/SME company, not only inside an already-mature corporate HR department.
- A genuine hands-on recruiter - someone who has personally closed management or leadership hires, not just reviewed a recruiter's shortlist.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or a closely related discipline.
- Manufacturing, engineering or industrial-sector exposure strongly preferred.
- Exposure to international recruitment or overseas employee coordination preferred.
- This role is based at Duhai Industrial Area, Ghaziabad and requires regular presence on-site. Not a remote or hybrid role.
