Responsible for managing overall HR operations, recruitment, manpower planning, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, compliance, payroll coordination, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complete HR operations and HR team.
- Handle recruitment, manpower planning, and employee retention.
- Manage employee relations and grievance handling.
- Ensure HR policies and statutory compliance.
- Monitor attendance, payroll, and performance management.
- Maintain HR records and provide HR support to management.

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR / Master’s Degree in Human Resources Experience: 8+ Years in HR, preferably in Hospital/Healthcare Industry
