HR & Operations Head

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll, performance management, and employee relations.
- Take ownership of employee grievance handling, conflict resolution, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns.
- Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-one discussions, feedback sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Oversee sales floor management, team discipline, attendance, productivity, and overall work workplace.
- Coordinate with Sales Managers and Team Leaders to monitor team performance and address operational concerns.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination between management, HR, and business teams.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and SOPs.




- Monitor employee performance and support managers in handling performance-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable statutory requirements.
- Prepare regular HR and operations reports for senior management.

Requirements

- 12+ years of experience in HR, Operations, Administration, or a similar leadership role.
- Robust experience in grievance handling, employee relations, team management, and floor operations.
- Experience overseeing sales teams and high-volume work environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to conduct effective meetings and maintain strong employee-management relations.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant qualification preferred.
