Role Description The Head E-Commerce is a full-time, on-site role based in Kottayam, responsible for leading and growing Oxygen’s online retail business. The role involves defining and executing the e-commerce strategy, managing the online product catalog, pricing, promotions, and customer experience across digital channels. The Head E-Commerce will collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to integrate online and offline initiatives, drive traffic, optimize conversion rates, and improve overall revenue and profitability.

Daily tasks include analyzing performance data, overseeing digital campaigns, coordinating with brand partners, supervising platform enhancements, and ensuring timely execution of online orders and customer service standards. This role also requires mentoring a cross-functional team, monitoring market trends, and identifying recent opportunities for digital growth.

Qualifications

- Strong E-Commerce and Business Planning skills to design, implement,



and scale online retail strategies.
- Proficient Marketing and Sales skills to drive traffic, engagement, and revenue across digital and physical channels.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, optimize conversion funnels, manage budgets, and support decision-making.
- Experience in managing online marketplaces, brand websites, or omnichannel retail environments.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in consumer electronics or digital products retail is highly beneficial.
