Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Head – E-Commerce to manage and grow our online business. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Shopify, e-commerce operations, online sales, and digital business management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete e-commerce business and online sales operations.

- Take ownership of the company’s Shopify website and online store.

- Manage Shopify products, categories, pricing, offers, inventory, orders, and website content.

- Develop strategies to increase online sales and revenue.

- Monitor website traffic, sales, conversion rates, and customer experience.

- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Marketing, IT, Logistics, and Customer Service teams.

- Ensure products are properly listed with accurate descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing.

- Manage online promotions, campaigns, discounts, and seasonal offers.

- Monitor competitors and online market pricing.

- Coordinate with digital marketing teams to improve website traffic and sales.

- Monitor order processing, delivery, returns, cancellations,



and customer complaints.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly e-commerce performance reports.

- Identify new opportunities to improve the online business.

Qualification

- Graduation in any discipline.

- MBA in Marketing / E-Commerce / Business Management will be an advantage.

Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in E-Commerce.

- Strong hands-on experience in Shopify is essential.

- Experience in retail, electronics, digital products, or home appliances will be an advantage.

Skills Required

- Strong knowledge of Shopify and e-commerce platforms.

- Knowledge of online sales and digital marketing.

- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and team management skills.

- Ability to manage targets and drive online revenue.

- Good understanding of website performance and customer experience.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
