Roles and Responsibilities

- Lead executive search assignments across various industries, including BFSI, consumer goods, healthcare, industrial equipment, and technology.

- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent for senior leadership positions.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fitment for key roles.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high levels of quality control.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 15-20 years of experience in executive search or a related field (recruitment/staffing).

- MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (any specialization).

- Proven track record of successfully completing at least 3 end-to-end searches independently.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to build solid relationships with clients and candidates alike.
