1. Manage and supervise day-to-day construction activities at the Data Centre project site.
2. Coordinate with Civil, Structural, MEP, Electrical, HVAC and other site teams for smooth execution.
3. Ensure construction activities are completed as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedule.
4. Supervise contractors and subcontractors and ensure proper manpower and resource utilisation.
5. Monitor daily work progress and report the status to the Project Manager / Project Head.
6. Coordinate with the planning team to achieve daily, weekly and monthly construction targets.
7. Check the quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with project quality standards.
8. Coordinate with engineering and consultant teams for drawing clarifications and site issues.
9. Ensure timely availability and proper utilisation of construction materials, tools and equipment.
10. Coordinate construction activities with HVAC, Electrical, Fire Fighting, Plumbing and ELV teams to avoid interface issues.

Assess tradewise manpower requirement and select appropriate subcontractor to do the work.
12. Ensure that all statutory compliances are compiled at site.
13. Brief the customer of Job progress and prepare regularly project status report.
14. Interact with Customer and get commitments on Pending payments, variation claims and site instruction approvals
15. Ensure proper material management at site . Maintenance of goods inward /outward register and timely MIR/ WIR acceptance by customer.
16. Ensure complete EHS Compliance and Quality management at site.
17. Ensure that there is a timely billing with customer and corresponding Bill passing of Subcontractors
18. Review work progress /schedule monitoring as per planned target and take corrective action for any deviation.
19. To attend weekly/Daily /Monthly meeting with Customer and review meeting with Project head.
20. Ensure compliance of Testing commissioning and handing over plan and get the trouble shooting done if needed. Coordinate with vendors and supplier for their support.
