Job Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy & Business Expansion

- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new growth avenues, including entry into new markets, expansion of product/service lines, and diversification strategies
- Develop comprehensive go-to-market and expansion strategies supported by robust financial and operational analysis
- Assess opportunities in strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and alliances to accelerate growth and enhance market presence
- Build and present detailed business cases, including feasibility, risk assessment, and expected returns
- Drive structured strategic planning processes, and multi-year growth strategies
- Continuously refine and adapt strategy based on internal performance insights and external market dynamics

Strategic Execution & Program Management

- Translate high-level strategy into clearly defined execution roadmaps with measurable goals, timelines, and ownership




- Lead and oversee cross-functional strategic initiatives and transformation programs to ensure alignment and timely delivery
- Establish governance mechanisms, dashboards, and review cadences to monitor progress and drive accountability
- Identify potential execution risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes

Market Intelligence & Insights

- Establish a strong market intelligence framework to track industry trends, customer behavior shifts, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic factors
- Conduct detailed competitor analysis and benchmarking to assess relative positioning and identify strategic gaps or advantages
- Translate complex market data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations for leadership
- Proactively identify emerging opportunities, disruptions, and risks that could impact business performance

Leadership Advisory & Decision Support

- Act as a strategic advisor to the executive leadership team, providing insights on critical business decisions and long-term direction
- Develop scenario analyses, and strategic frameworks to support decision-making
- Prepare and present high-quality materials for board meetings, leadership reviews, and investor discussions
- Enable data-driven decision-making by synthesizing complex information into clear, structured narratives




- Facilitate leadership discussions to prioritize strategic initiatives, allocate resources effectively, and ensure focus on high-impact areas

Experience:

Years of Experience: About 20 years

Nature of Experience

- Corporate strategy, management consulting, business transformation, business development/ P&L; responsibility or related roles, preferably with exposure to large, complex organizations
- Proven track record of leading enterprise-level strategic initiatives, including strategy formulation, execution, and performance tracking
- Prior experience in top-tier consulting firms (e.g., strategy/management consulting) or in-house corporate strategy teams is preferred
- Exposure to mergers & acquisitions, strategic partnerships, or investment evaluation is an added advantage

Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech + MBA

Technical Skills:

- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect long-term vision to execution
- Advanced analytical capabilities, including financial modeling, valuation, and business case development
- Familiarity with strategic frameworks, and program management practices
- Proficiency in data analysis, visualization, and executive-level presentations
