Join us as Head - Customer Success and lead the customer journey for a fast-growing HRMS platform.

About the Role

As the Head of Customer Success, you will partner with CHROs, HR Heads, and business leaders to ensure customers maximize the value of our HRMS solutions. You will drive customer retention, product adoption, strategic account growth, and lead a high-performing Customer Success team.

Key Responsibilities

Own and drive Customer Success strategy, retention, renewals, and customer growth

Build trusted relationships with CHROs, HR leaders, and CXOs across enterprise accounts

Lead onboarding, adoption, and value realization across HRMS modules including Core HR, Attendance, Leave, Payroll, Performance Management, Recruitment, and Employee Engagement

Build and mentor a high-performing Customer Success team

Partner with Product, Sales, Implementation, and Support teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes





Drive customer satisfaction, NPS, product adoption, and expansion opportunities

Act as a strategic advisor on HR transformation, process optimization, and HR technology adoption.

What We're Looking For

MBA/PGDM in HR or related discipline

12-18 years of experience in HR, HR Operations, HR Consulting, HR Transformation, HR Tech, SaaS, or Customer Success

Deep understanding of end-to-end HR processes and HRMS platforms

Experience managing enterprise customers and senior stakeholders

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and business acumen

Proven track record in customer retention, team building, and business growth
