We are hiring a CSR executive to support and manage corporate social responsibility initiatives. The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing CSR activities; maintaining documentation; and collaborating with NGOs, communities, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the company's CSR strategy and initiatives.
- Develop, implement, and monitor large-scale CSR projects.
- Build partnerships with NGOs, government bodies, and community organisations.
- Ensure compliance with CSR regulations and reporting requirements.
- Prepare CSR budgets, impact assessments, and annual CSR reports.
- Drive employee engagement and volunteering programmes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in social work, sustainability, business administration,
or a related field.
- Experience: 20–24 years of experience in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), ESG, sustainability, or social impact programs.
- Proven experience in leading CSR projects and stakeholder management.
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CSR reporting/documentation.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
