We are looking for an experienced and responsible Café Chef / All-Rounder Chef to join our team at a newly opening café in Dehradun. The chef will be responsible for preparing food according to the café's menu, maintaining taste and consistency, managing kitchen operations and ensuring proper hygiene.
Responsibilities: Prepare and cook café, Indian, Continental and other menu items. Maintain consistent taste, presentation and portion sizes. Handle daily kitchen preparation and inventory. Maintain cleanliness and food hygiene standards. Minimize food wastage and control ingredient usage. Assist in menu planning and costing. Manage kitchen helpers and coordinate daily work. Ensure timely preparation of orders during busy hours. Maintain basic knowledge of food storage and safety.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
