We are looking for a true culinary expert who combines exceptional cooking skills with a deep understanding of nutrition science to help us Crave Well, Perform Better. As our Head Chef, you won’t just be leading the kitchen; you will be the architectural force behind our menu, our operational excellence, and our brand’s flavor.

Key Requirements & Expertise for KRAV x PRTN:

Culinary & Nutrition Mastery: Deep knowledge of cooking healthy meals that preserve nutritional value, all while delivering great taste. Expertise in nutrition science.

Hands on experience to prepare and cook in-house ingredients such as; Sauces, vinaigrettes, cottage cheese etc.

Ready to Cook & Lead: Willingness to be hands-on in the kitchen, mentor a dynamic team, and cook every day.

Operational Blueprint: Proven ability to create comprehensive SOPs, ensure top-tier food safety standards, and manage portion control.

? Setup Experience:



Demonstrated past experience in setting up a restaurant or cloud kitchen operation from conception to successful execution is a HUGE advantage.

? Financial Acumen: Knowledge of P&L; calculations, food cost management, yield Management and budget optimization.

Strategic & Creative: Kitchen designing, vendor suggestion and handling, Inventory management, menu planning, engineering, creative menu development, presentation across diverse cuisines.

Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead, train, and schedule kitchen staff, foster collaboration, and maintain a professional work environment.

Qualifications: Degree or Diploma from well-known culinary College or School and a portfolio of healthy, flavorful creations.
