- Review the daily sales report store-wise and flag insights/anomalies to management.
- Investigate suspicious transactions/credit notes.
- Match weekly/monthly customer credit payments received against the credit ledger.
- Prepare the daily sticker/rate-change report.
- Consolidate the daily purchase report across all shops in Excel / Retailware dashboard with insights.
- Verify debit notes are correctly cut against purchase bills.
- Maintain organized daily/monthly scanned bill folders—purchase, debit, credit, market returns, expenses, and others.
- Check that all purchase data flows correctly and completely from Retailware to Tally every day.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as prescribed by management.
- Act as the day-to-day bridge between the Accounts department and Store Operations teams.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
