PF Restaurants is opening a Restaurant & Bar in February 2027 in St Peter Port, Guernsey. We're building a modern British neighbourhood restaurant with elevated comfort food, a curated drinks list, and warm ethos.

We're building a curated, unconstrained drinks programme - from modern classics to seasonal signatures, and we're looking for a Head Bartender to HELP shape the bar offering from pre-opening through launch. This role blends creativity, consistency, and warm neighbourhood hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the bar programme: cocktails, classics, seasonal drinks, and product selection
- Maintain bar standards, cleanliness, stock rotation, and prep systems
- Train and support bar support staff and the FOH team on drinks knowledge
- Deliver confident, warm service at the bar and on the floor
- Work with company leadership on menu development, suppliers,



and stock control

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience running or supervising a bar programme, ideally in a quality-led restaurant or bar
- Strong classic and up-to-date cocktail knowledge, with confidence developing seasonal drinks
- Experience training and leading bar and FOH staff
- Excellent guest-facing hospitality skills and a warm, welcoming manner
- Comfortable with stock control, supplier relationships, and cost management
