- Lead the data strategy for one of the largest luxury retail companies in India

- Get to working on setting up the AI strategy of the company

About Our Client The client is India's largest luxury watch retailer and they operate a large network of boutiques and online platforms across India. They operate 100+ stores across 30+ cities in India and provide after-sales services, watch repairs, brand-authorized warranties, and loyalty programs.

- Develop and execute the AI innovation roadmap aligned with the client's business strategy.

- Collaborate with business units including Retail Operations, Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, and E-commerce to identify and prioritize AI use cases.

- Design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions leveraging Generative AI, Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, and Automation technologies.

- Establish frameworks for AI governance, responsible AI, data privacy, and model performance monitoring.

- Partner with technology teams and external vendors to accelerate AI solution development and deployment.





- Drive AI adoption through stakeholder engagement, training programs, change management initiatives, and success measurement.

- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to create new business capabilities and revenue streams.

- Track business outcomes and ROI of AI initiatives, ensuring sustainable value creation.
