Key Responsibilities

- Safety (Zero Harm): Enforce strict compliance with PTW, LOTO, W@H, CSE, HIRA, and GESM standards.

- Plant Maintenance: Lead preventive, routine, and shutdown O&M; to eliminate breakdowns and optimize Cast House uptime.

- Equipment & Testing: Troubleshoot HT/LT Panels, Transformers, VFDs, Relays, Motors, EOT Cranes, Rectifiers, UPS, and Switchgear.

- Operations & Inventory: Manage shift teams and ensure 100% spare availability using the SAP PM Module.

Key Requirements & Skills

- Automation: Hands-on expertise in PLCs, SCADA/DCS, process automation, and VFD drive controls.

- Core Technical: Robust knowledge of electrical drawings, schematics, power restoration, and safety regulations.

- Tools: Proficient in SAP (PM Module), MS Excel, and digital MIS software.

- Leadership: Proven ability to manage crisis situations and drive target KPIs (Zero Harm, Zero Breakdown, Zero Incidents).
