We are looking for an experienced Head Accountant to lead the accounting and finance function at our Head Office.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, taxation, audits and statutory compliance, along with the ability to manage an accounting team and coordinate effectively with auditors.

? Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹50,000 per month

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end accounting and financial reporting activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of financial records.
- Handle GST, taxation and related compliance requirements.
- Manage audit and statutory compliance activities.
- Coordinate with internal/external auditors and ensure timely closure of audit requirements.
- Lead and supervise the accounting team.




- Monitor accounting processes and ensure compliance with applicable standards and policies.
- Work with ERP/accounting systems for financial operations and reporting.
- Analyze financial information and provide relevant insights to management

? Candidate Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Accounting & Finance.
- Experience in a senior accounting/finance role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end accounting and financial reporting.
- Thorough understanding of GST and tax compliance.
- Strong experience in audits and statutory compliance.
- Experience managing accounting teams and coordinating with auditors.
- Positive knowledge of accounting standards and ERP systems.
- Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- CA / ACCA / CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
