Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Academic & Technology Leader to manage and scale:

- SkillzRevo Academy
- SkillzRevo Academy Jr
- Corporate Training
- Technical Consulting Services

The role combines academic operations, trainer management, technical training, corporate training, consulting and client delivery . The candidate must have strong expertise in at least one domain such as AI/GenAI, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Cloud, DevOps/MLOps or related technologies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Academic & Learning Operations

- Manage end-to-end academic operations for Academy and Academy Jr.
- Manage batches, schedules, trainers, learner onboarding, attendance, assessments and certifications.
- Monitor trainer performance, learner engagement, feedback and completion.
- Develop and implement academic SOPs, quality standards and processes.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance and Technology teams.
- Ensure smooth learner experience and timely issue resolution.

Technical Training – Hands-On

- Personally conduct online/offline technical classes based on expertise and business requirements.
- Deliver training in AI/GenAI, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Cloud, DevOps/MLOps and related technologies.
- Conduct practical sessions, projects, assessments, capstones and doubt-resolution sessions.




- Develop/customise technical training content, labs, assignments and projects.

Corporate Training

- Deliver technical corporate training, workshops and bootcamps.
- Understand client requirements and customise training programs.
- Conduct technical demonstrations, assessments and practical sessions.
- Support corporate pre-sales discussions and technical presentations.

Technical Consulting

- Understand client requirements and provide technical advisory/consulting support.
- Work on AI/GenAI, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Cloud, DevOps and technology transformation projects.
- Prepare technical proposals, solution outlines, PoCs and documentation.
- Coordinate technical resources and ensure timely project delivery.

Trainer & Faculty Management

- Build and manage a pool of trainers and SMEs.
- Evaluate expertise, allocate trainers and monitor performance.
- Maintain trainer database, availability and quality standards.
- Ensure backup/substitution arrangements when required.

Leadership & Operations

- Manage multiple batches, training programs and consulting assignments simultaneously.
- Track KPIs, delivery timelines, learner/client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Drive continuous process improvement and scalable academic operations.
- Work closely with Founder & CEO and cross-functional teams.

CANDIDATE PROFILE Experience: 5–10 years in EdTech, academic operations, corporate training, L&D;, technology training, technical consulting or related fields.

Technical Expertise: Strong expertise in at least one:

- AI / Generative AI

- Cloud – AWS/Azure/GCP
- DevOps / MLOps
- Emerging Technologies
