KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Holds full accountability for QRC financial performance across all geographies

- Owns monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting to CEO and CSO

- Sets and drives Finance function strategy and operating model

- Manages multi-country statutory compliance — India, UAE, Singapore and USA

- Owns banking relationships, treasury management and forex strategy

- Provides strategic financial input to CEO, CSO and Board

- Leads Finance team — hiring, performance management and succession planning

- Manages external auditors, tax advisors and regulatory relationships globally

- Prepare and oversee standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

- Ensure timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual books within defined timelines.

- Present monthly financial performance, key variances, and financial insights to management.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Education

- B. Com / M. Com or equivalent — mandatory · CA / CPA strongly preferred

Experience

- General Manager: 15+ years with P&L; ownership and team leadership

Certifications

- CA (ICAI) / CPA / CMA — mandatory for General Manager

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
