We are looking for experienced professionals with strong team handling and leadership experience in the HCC domain.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of HCC professionals.
- Handle day-to-day team operations and ensure productivity and quality targets are met.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback/coaching.
- Ensure adherence to process guidelines, quality standards, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
- Support team members in process-related queries and escalations.
- Drive performance improvement and maintain team efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

- 6+ years of overall experience in the healthcare/medical coding domain.
- Current designation should be equivalent to Team Lead.
- Mandatory: Team handling experience.
- Strong experience in HCC coding.
- Any relevant certification is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Willingness to work from office in Hyderabad.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Notice period is negotiable.
