Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN network infrastructure.
- Configure and troubleshoot managed/unmanaged switches, routers, access points, and network devices.
- Handle CAT6/CAT6A cable laying, termination, testing, and patch-panel work.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, IP addressing, VLAN, and basic routing-related issues.
- Configure and troubleshoot PoE switches for CCTV and other network devices.
- Handle CCTV networking, including IP cameras, NVRs, switches, and network connectivity.
- Perform network testing using tools such as LAN testers, cable testers, and basic network diagnostic tools.
- Identify and resolve network faults at client locations.
- Maintain proper documentation of network installations, configurations,



and site work.
- Coordinate with clients, site engineers, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution of projects.
- Visit different client sites for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and complaint resolution.
- Ensure proper completion of assigned work within the required timeline.
- Prepare basic site reports, installation reports, and material requirements.
