We are looking for a skilled Hardware & Networking Engineer to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot the college’s computer systems, network infrastructure, servers, and IT equipment. The candidate will ensure smooth and reliable IT operations for students, faculty, and administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, projectors, and other IT hardware.

- Manage LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, firewalls, and network connectivity across the campus.

- Monitor and maintain servers, operating systems, and network performance.

- Provide technical support to faculty, staff, students, computer labs, and administrative departments.

- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.

- Perform system backups, updates, antivirus management, and basic cybersecurity measures.

- Maintain IT asset inventory, records, and documentation.

- Configure and maintain CCTV, biometric devices, access-control systems, and related IT equipment.





- Coordinate with Internet Service Providers and external IT vendors when required.

- Ensure computer labs and classrooms remain operational and ready for academic activities.

- Follow IT security policies and maintain data confidentiality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in hardware and networking support, preferably in an educational institution.

- Good knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.

- Knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and basic server administration.

- Solid troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and provide timely technical support.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
