We are looking for an experienced Hardware Trainer who can provide practical and classroom-based training in computer hardware, assembly, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting. The candidate should be comfortable conducting hands-on lab sessions and guiding students through practical hardware activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct theory and practical training sessions on Computer Hardware.
- Train students in PC assembly and disassembly.
- Explain computer hardware components and their functions.
- Provide hands-on training on motherboard, processor, RAM, HDD/SSD, SMPS and peripherals.
- Train students in hardware installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
- Conduct practical sessions on BIOS/UEFI configuration and device drivers.
- Train students in printer, scanner and other peripheral installation/troubleshooting.
- Teach preventive maintenance and basic hardware servicing.
- Conduct practical assignments, tests and assessments.
- Guide students in hardware-related projects and practical activities.
- Maintain student attendance and performance records.
- Conduct demo classes, workshops and orientation sessions when required.
- Coordinate with the Academic/Centre Head regarding student progress and lab requirements.

Educational Qualification
- Diploma / ITI / BCA / B.Sc. Computer Science / B.Tech / BE / MCA or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, IT, Electronics or related field.
Experience
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Computer Hardware, Desktop Support, IT Support, Hardware Maintenance or Hardware Training.
- Candidates with previous Hardware Trainer / Computer Hardware Faculty / Hardware & Networking Trainer experience will be preferred.
