Key Responsibilities

- Design complex schematics and PCB layouts for embedded systems using OrCAD and Altium Designer, ensuring signal integrity and power optimization.
- Perform board bring-up, debugging, and troubleshooting using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and protocol analyzers for SPI, UART, I2C, CAN, Ethernet, and USB interfaces.
- Ensure EMI/EMC compliance through design reviews, simulations, and certification testing (e.g., CISPR 25 for automotive standards).
- Collaborate with firmware teams on protocol integration and validation in automotive/industrial applications like ECUs or ADAS modules.
- Support prototyping, DFM/DFA analysis, and documentation for production handover.

Required Skills Tools

- Core Tools: Proficiency in OrCAD Capture/CIS and Altium Designer for schematic capture and multi-layer PCB design.
- Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with analog/digital design, power supplies, high-speed interfaces, and communication protocols including SPI, UART, I2C, CAN, Ethernet, and USB.
- Compliance Testing: Knowledge of EMI/EMC design principles, certification processes, board bring-up, fault isolation, and root-cause analysis.
- Domain Knowledge: Automotive/industrial experience is advantageous, including familiarity with ISO 16750 and CAN bus for EV applications.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, cross-functional collaboration, and clear technical documentation.

Qualifications





- BE/BTech in ECE/EEE or a related engineering discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in hardware design.
- Familiarity with tools such as LTSpice for circuit simulation and NI LabVIEW for testing is preferred.

Embedded Firmware Developer (Many Positions)
- 0 to 3 years experience.
- Good knowledge in Embedded C, Number System (HEX/BIN/DEC), Floating point arithematics knowledge.
- Strongs basics of Communication Protocol UART, I2C, SPI and CAN.
- Hands on any 8/16/32 bit microcontroller platform.
- Knowledge of using test equipments such as Multimeters, Oscilloscope.

Embedded Software Tech Leader (2 Positions)
- 5+ Years experience.
- Handled complex embedded software development projects.
- Strong debugging and technical mentoring skills.
- Valuable knowledge of Requirement Gathering, Requirement Analysis, SW Architecture design.
- Customer interfacing.
- Successfully delivered the project with minimum escalations.
- Good knowledge of any scripting languages (ex: Python).
- Knows RDCT, V model, Agile model, Tools such as JIRA, SVN, GIT.
- Knowledge of manual and automated testing.
