Responsibilities

- Convert high-level requirements into detailed hardware specifications.

- Handle end-to-end hardware design, from schematic to release.

- Coordinate PCB layout and ensure SI, EMI/EMC, and manufacturability.

- Perform board bring-up, debugging, validation, and root-cause analysis.

- Prepare BOMs, test procedures, and design documentation.

- Support prototype builds and production issues.

- Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, SI, and manufacturing teams.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong analogue, digital, and power supply design skills.

- Knowledge of signal integrity, EMI/EMC, and PCB manufacturing.

- Hands-on experience with hardware debugging and lab equipment.

- Experience with design documentation and release processes.

- Medical domain and PLM experience is a plus.

- Knowledge of high-speed interfaces like DDR, USB, PCIe.

- Solid problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills.
