Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Hairdresser role based in Kolkata. The Hairdresser will provide professional hair cutting, styling, and care services to clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat visits. Daily tasks include consulting with clients on desired looks, recommending suitable cuts and treatments, performing hair care procedures, and maintaining a clean, well-organized workstation.

The role also involves staying updated on current hair trends, collaborating on creative looks for brand-related content, and following all hygiene and safety protocols.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Hair Cutting and Hair Styling skills, with the ability to work with diverse hair types and preferences.
- Candidates should possess solid Hair Care knowledge, including treatments, products, and techniques that support hair health.
- Candidates should possess Cosmetology-related expertise or formal training, with an understanding of salon safety, sanitation, and basic color or treatment services.

- Relevant certifications or a diploma in hairstyling or cosmetology are beneficial.
