Key Responsibilities:

1. Hair Cutting, Coloring, and Styling: Provide high-quality hair cutting, coloring, and styling services to clients.
2. Client Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their hair needs and preferences.
3. Hair Care Advice: Offer expert advice on hair care, maintenance, and styling.
4. Salon Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to salon hygiene and safety standards.
5. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other stylists, assistants, and salon staff to ensure seamless salon operations.
6. Client Retention: Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their loyalty and retention.

Requirements:

1. Qualifications:



HSC passed any graduate certification in Hairdressing from a recognized institution.
2. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Hairdresser in a reputable salon.
3. Skills:

- Excellent hair cutting, coloring, and styling skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with salon software and technology.
