- Understand patient concerns and suggest suitable treatment plans
- Explain procedures, pricing, and expected results clearly
- Handle walk-ins, leads, and appointment consultations
- Maintain proper follow-ups with leads and existing clients
- Coordinate with doctors and therapists for smooth patient flow
- Maintain patient records and consultation details

Sales Responsibilities

- Convert leads into treatments and achieve monthly targets
- Upsell and cross-sell treatments and packages
- Ensure high conversion ratio from consultations

Follow up regularly to close pending leads

Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business
