Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Hair Trainer to train students in professional hairdressing, styling, treatments, and salon techniques through both theory and practical sessions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct theory and practical classes in Hair & Hairdressing.
- Train students in cutting, styling, blow-drying, straightening, curling, and hair treatments.
- Teach hair colouring, highlights, bleaching, and basic colour correction.
- Demonstrate professional salon techniques and hygiene practices.
- Provide hands-on practical training and supervise students.
- Prepare lesson plans and practical demonstrations.
- Assess student performance and provide feedback.
- Maintain student attendance, practical records, and training progress.
- Stay updated with current hair trends, techniques,



and industry practices.
- Support academy workshops, events, and practical activities.

Requirements

- Professional qualification/certification in Hairdressing or Cosmetology preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of professional salon/hair industry experience.
- Previous teaching/training experience is an advantage.
- Strong practical hairdressing and styling skills.
- Valuable communication and student-handling skills.
- Passionate, patient, creative, and professional.
- Ability to conduct engaging practical demonstrations.

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
