Role: Hardware Asset Management(HAM) Analyst

Location: Kochi, Bengaluru, Pune, Kolkata, Chennai

Experience Range: 6 to 10 Years

:

- Manage hardware assets across request, procurement, receipt, stock, deployment, transfer, maintenance, refresh, retirement and disposal stages.
- Administer and support Hardware Asset Management processes and records in ServiceNow HAM.
- Maintain accurate asset, model, stockroom, ownership, location, status, financial and lifecycle information.
- Monitor end-of-life and end-of-support dates, assess exposure and coordinate remediation or refresh plans with relevant teams.
- Perform data reconciliation among ServiceNow, discovery sources, procurement records, inventory feeds and other approved repositories.
- Investigate duplicate, missing, stale, incorrectly assigned or non-compliant asset records and coordinate corrective action.
- Support stockroom operations, asset receiving, tagging, allocation, transfer,



return and inventory verification.
- Prepare dashboards, reports and management insights covering inventory, lifecycle, compliance, refresh, warranty and exception status.
- Coordinate physical inventory exercises and support internal, customer and regulatory audits with traceable evidence.
- Engage vendors and internal teams on warranty, repair, return, lease, disposal and certificate-of-destruction requirements.
- Document processes, controls, operating procedures, data standards and knowledge articles.
- Identify automation and process-improvement opportunities while preserving data quality and governance.
