Job Summary

We are looking for a disciplined and energetic Gym Trainer to manage and supervise the gym facility at our hostel. The candidate will be responsible for guiding members, maintaining gym discipline, and ensuring the equipment and facility are properly managed.

Key Responsibilities

- Guide members on proper exercise techniques, workouts, and use of gym equipment.
- Prepare basic workout routines based on individual fitness goals.
- Supervise gym activities and ensure safety and discipline.
- Conduct basic fitness assessments and monitor members' progress.
- Ensure gym equipment is used properly and report any maintenance issues.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall upkeep of the gym.
- Manage gym timings and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.




- Maintain basic records of gym usage, members, and equipment.
- Handle minor first-aid situations and follow safety procedures.
- Promote a positive, skilled, and motivating gym workplace.

Requirements

- Certification in Fitness Training / Personal Training preferred.
- 13 years of relevant experience as a Gym Trainer or Fitness Instructor.
- Good knowledge of strength training, cardio, stretching, and basic fitness practices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit, disciplined, punctual, and professional.
- Experience in hostel, residential, club, or institutional gyms will be an added advantage.
