As the Head Coach & Centre Manager, you will be the heart of our centre—leading our coaching team, creating exceptional experiences for children and families, and ensuring the centre operates with excellence every single day.

This role combines coaching leadership, centre operations, parent engagement, team management, and business growth. We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with children, enjoys leading people, and takes pride in creating a safe, joyful, and inspiring environment.

Key Responsibilities: Coaching & Program Excellence

- Lead the planning and execution of engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans across all programs.
- Conduct weekly and monthly planning sessions with the coaching team to ensure consistency and continuous improvement.
- Mentor, train, and inspire coaches to deliver high-quality, child-centred classes.
- Lead Parent & Child and toddler programs, ensuring every child and caregiver has a positive and memorable experience.
- Continuously evaluate coaching standards and introduce innovative activities that support children’s physical, social, and emotional development.

Team Leadership

- Lead, motivate, and develop the coaching team through regular feedback, mentoring, and training.
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, leave, and daily resource planning.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and child-first culture within the team.
- Ensure every team member represents the Tiny Tumbles values in every interaction.

Child Safety & Centre Operations

- Champion the highest standards of child safety, safeguarding, hygiene, and risk management.




- Ensure all classes are conducted in a safe, organised, and welcoming environment.
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the centre, equipment, and learning spaces.
- Monitor equipment usage and maintain inventory, maintenance, and purchase records.

Parent Experience & Community Building

- Build warm and trusting relationships with families.
- Address parent queries, concerns, and feedback with empathy and professionalism.
- Create opportunities for parent engagement through workshops, open houses, celebrations, and regular communication.
- Ensure every family enjoys an exceptional Tiny Tumbles experience from enquiry to enrolment and beyond.

Administration & Centre Management

- Maintain accurate student registrations, attendance, assessments, and centre records.
- Prepare reports and documentation as required.
- Ensure smooth daily operations and proactively resolve operational challenges.
- Coordinate with vendors and support services to maintain seamless centre operations.

Business Development & Brand Growth

- Support enrolment growth through excellent customer service and community engagement.
- Identify opportunities for new programs, workshops, camps, birthday parties, and other revenue-generating initiatives.
- Monitor centre budgets, fee collections, and operational expenses responsibly.




- Contribute ideas that enhance member retention and improve the overall customer experience.

Marketing & Brand Representation

- Capture engaging photos and videos of classes (in accordance with child safety and consent guidelines) for marketing and social media.
- Work closely with the marketing team to promote programs and increase enrolments.
- Represent Tiny Tumbles professionally within the local community and at external events.
- Act as a brand ambassador who embodies the values and culture of Tiny Tumbles.

Events & Special Programs

- Plan and execute centre events, showcases, holiday camps, competitions, birthday celebrations, and community activities.
- Ensure every event reflects the fun, inclusive, and energetic spirit of Tiny Tumbles.
