Guitar Teacher
Location: Gandhinagar, Nagpur, Maharashtra
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Employment Type: Part-Time & Academy-based
Probation & Compensation
- Probation Period: 3 Months
- Starting Salary: ₹5,000/month
- After successful completion of the probation period, salary will be reviewed based on overall performance.
- Revised salary can go up to ₹10,000/month.
Requirements
- Robust command over guitar
- Good understanding of chords, scales, rhythm and music theory
- Ability to teach beginner and intermediate students
- Good communication skills
- Punctual, responsible and professional approach
- Prior teaching experience will be an advantage
Responsibilities
- Conduct structured guitar classes according to the academy curriculum
- Monitor and evaluate student progress
- Maintain student engagement and discipline
- Prepare students for performances and assessments
- Provide regular feedback to academy management
- Maintain a positive and professional learning environment
