cosmx is building a youth-first emotional wellness platform for young India bringing together trusted Guides across Wellness & Life Coaching, Astrology, Tarot, Numerology, Healing & Energy Work, Vastu Alignment, Fortune Telling and Handwriting & Facial Analysis.
We’re looking for a Marketing & Content Associate who can turn ideas into content, content into conversations and conversations into growth.
What you’ll do
- Support the content strategy and monthly content calendar for cosmx.
- Develop Reels, carousels, Stories and social-first content.
- Help build recurring content series that make cosmx culturally relevant and recognisable.
- Write scripts, captions, briefs and creative directions.
- Support day-to-day social media planning and execution .
- Stay on top of trends, creators, conversations and formats relevant to young India.
- Work with our PR team on stories, founder thought leadership and editorial opportunities.
- Assist with photoshoots and video shoots — from concept to execution.
- Work with creators, influencers and creative partners.
- Support campaigns designed to drive awareness, engagement and app downloads .
- Track what works and turn insights into better content.
Who are we looking for? Someone who lives on the internet, thinks in ideas and loves making things happen. You should have -
- A robust understanding of Gen Z, social culture and digital behaviour
- AI-native mindset with the ability to use AI tools effectively for research, ideation, content creation and marketing execution.
- A strong visual and creative eye
- Curiosity about culture, wellness, self-discovery and youth behaviour
- An interest in social media, content, creators
- Strong execution and organisational skills
- The ability to take an idea from “what if…” to “it’s LIVE.”
Experience: 1–2 years preferred; Freshers can apply
