Ten 11 Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident, presentable and guest-focused Guest Relation Executive (GRE) to join our Lucknow Lounge team.

Location: Lucknow Junction Railway Station

Position: Guest Relation Executive

Department: Guest Relations / Operations

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally.
- Ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experience throughout their visit.
- Handle guest queries, requests and concerns promptly.
- Coordinate with the operations, F&B; and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service.
- Assist guests with lounge facilities, services and other relevant information.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate concerns when required.
- Maintain guest records and support smooth front-office operations.
- Ensure high standards of grooming, communication and hospitality.
- Assist with guest seating and lounge coordination during busy periods.




- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment at all times.

Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, Hospitality, Lounge, Hotel, Airline or Customer Service will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a strong service attitude.
- Valuable English and Hindi communication skills.
- Well-groomed and confident in handling guests.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
