- Welcome and greet guests warmly and ensure a positive dining experience.

- Handle guest seating, table allocation and reservations efficiently.

- Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen and service team.

- Ensure timely and professional food and beverage service.

- Understand the menu and confidently explain dishes, ingredients and recommendations to guests.

- Attend to guest requests, feedback and complaints and coordinate for quick resolution.

- Maintain high standards of service, hygiene and restaurant presentation.

- Ensure tables and guest areas are clean, organized and ready for service.

- Coordinate with the Captain, Restaurant Manager and kitchen team for smooth operations.

- Support upselling of food, beverages and special offerings.

- Follow restaurant SOPs, billing and payment procedures accurately.

- Assist during busy periods, events and special guest requirements.

- Maintain qualified grooming, communication and guest-handling standards.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
