Job Summary

Oshin Hotels is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Guest Service Associate (GSA) – Housekeeping to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest comfort. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and public areas while ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish room amenities.
- Clean bathrooms, fixtures, and guest supplies thoroughly.
- Ensure rooms are ready for guest arrivals and occupied rooms are serviced efficiently.
- Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, and safety hazards immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness of corridors, pantries, and assigned public areas.
- Handle guest requests courteously and promptly.
- Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.




- Ensure compliance with hotel hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering departments for smooth operations.

Requirements
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel is preferred.
- Freshers with a positive attitude are welcome to apply.
- Basic communication skills in English and local language.
- Good physical fitness and ability to work in shifts.
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
- Team player with a guest-focused approach.
