Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests professionally.
- Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen and bar team.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently.
- Ensure a positive guest experience throughout the visit.
- Handle guest queries and feedback professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and service standards in the assigned area.
- Follow company policies and food safety standards.
- Support the team during busy hours and special events.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant, cafe,
lounge, bar, hotel, or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
