Role Description The Guest Relationship Officer will be responsible for creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for guests at HopUp centres. The role involves greeting and assisting guests, understanding their requirements, providing information about games and offers, handling basic concerns,



and ensuring high standards of customer service throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities

● Welcome guests warmly and maintain a professional and friendly approach.

● Understand guest requirements and guide them about games, attractions, packages, and facilities.

● Assist guests throughout their visit and ensure a smooth experience.

● Provide accurate information about pricing, memberships, offers, and ongoing activities.

● Explain memberships, packages, offers, and promotional schemes to guests.

● Encourage membership purchases, repeat visits, and relevant add-on services.

● Support upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

● Assist in achieving centre-level customer engagement and sales targets
