Anticipating Needs: Proactively identify and cater to guest preferences, organizing special welcome amenities (e.g., fruit platters, celebration cakes, personalized notes).Complaint Resolution & Service Recovery: Handle guest grievances or complaints with deep empathy, calm confidence, and swift problem-solving, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.Inter-departmental Coordination: Liaise closely with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage,



and Maintenance to ensure special requests or room readiness issues are resolved instantly.Local Concierge Guidance:

Maintain rich knowledge of local attractions, elite dining, and city events to provide bespoke recommendations and book external arrangements.Feedback Collection: Conduct courtesy calls or in-person check-ins during the stay and manage formal feedback collection upon departure.
