Location: Assagao, North Goa

We are looking for a Guest Relations Manager to join our team at our luxury private villas- in Assagao owned by Mayaland Homes Goa.

The role involves ensuring a warm, personalised and seamless experience for our guests throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out.
- Be the main point of contact for guest requests and requirements.
- Coordinate with the chef, housekeeping, butler and villa team.
- Handle guest queries, special requests and arrangements.
- Assist with restaurant reservations, transport, activities and local experiences.
- Ensure the villa is well presented and guest-ready at all times.
- Follow up on guest requests and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
- Maintain high standards of hospitality, service and guest satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

- Previous experience in hospitality, luxury villas,



hotels or guest relations preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Warm, confident and well-presented personality.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive, attentive to detail and service-oriented.
- Positive knowledge of North Goa is an advantage.
- Comfortable communicating with guests through WhatsApp and phone.
- Good spoken English is essential.

Experience: 3+ years preferred

Location: Assagao, North Goa

Salary: Commensurate with experience
