Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Guest Relations Executive role based at the NURA center in Chennai.

The Guest Relations

Executive welcomes guests, manages front desk and reception activities, and ensures a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Responsibilities include guiding visitors through registration, explaining screening procedures, coordinating appointments, and responding promptly to inquiries in person and over phone or email. The role involves handling customer feedback, resolving concerns,



and liaising with clinical and administrative teams to provide a seamless experience.

The Guest Relations

Executive may also support basic sales and promotional activities, maintain accurate guest records, and uphold NURA’s standards of service and professionalism.

Qualifications

- Strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills, with a focus on creating a welcoming and supportive environment.
- Excellent Communication abilities, including transparent verbal and written communication in English; additional local language skills are an advantage.
- Experience with Receptionist Duties such as managing front desk operations, scheduling, and handling phone and in-person inquiries.
- Basic Sales skills to support service recommendations, upselling appropriate packages, and promoting NURA’s screening programs.
- Previous experience in healthcare, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Comfort with using computers, appointment software, and standard office tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and maintain attention to detail.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree or diploma in hospitality, healthcare administration, or related fields is an added advantage.
