Guest Relations Executive

Glass Onion Therapyis a boutique therapy centre offering individual therapy, support groups, and community events.

We’re looking for a warm, organised, and people-oriented Guest Relations Executive to be the first point of contact for our clients and help keep the centre running smoothly.

What you’ll do

- Be the first point of contact for clients, both in person and over calls/WhatsApp.
- Manage client communication, appointments, scheduling, and queries.
- Coordinate therapists’ calendars and day-to-day schedules.
- Ensure clients feel welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of.
- Keep the centre clean, organised, and ready for clients.
- Coordinate with therapists and the internal team on day-to-day requirements.
- Support the smooth functioning of support groups, community events, and other centre activities.

What we’re looking for

- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Comfortable multitasking and handling people-facing responsibilities.
- Proactive, attentive to detail, and positive at taking ownership.
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest relations, customer experience, clinics, wellness, or similar roles is a plus.

Working Days: Tuesday-Sunday

Weekly Off: Monday

Working Hours: 8 AM-8 PM, with shifts discussed accordingly.

This isn’t a traditional front-desk role, it’s a hospitality-focused position centred around creating a warm, thoughtful client experience while ensuring the centre runs smoothly day to day.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
