Position: Guest Relations Executive (GRE)

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
- Manage guest seating, reservations, and waiting lists.
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Ensure excellent guest experience and service standards.
- Coordinate with the service and management teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain guest records and support customer relationship activities.

Requirements:





- 1–3 years of experience in restaurant/hospitality operations preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-focused approach.
- Good grooming and professional appearance.
- Ability to handle guests confidently and calmly.
- Knowledge of English/Hindi; local language is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
